Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Mustard lockers as much as we do, but if things aren't quite right, we accept returns on unused items in their original flat-pack packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that once a locker has been assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure all components are securely placed in the original flat-pack cardboard box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your generated return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned locker, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
